Have harp, will travel.
The harp adds a little something extra to any event. My clients have taken me (and my harp!) to wild and wonderful places. Best of all, my clients help me see the harp’s versatility by showing me how the harp and my music “fit in” events of all shapes, places, and sizes.
Whether you’re seeking to elevate the elegance of your event or add an element of surprise, I can’t wait to make your vision come to life.
I moved to Northeast Ohio in 2015 after completing my Performer’s Diploma in Harp at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University, and I’m currently working on a master’s degree at University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. As a harpist, I serve Northeast Ohio, primarily Cleveland and the east side suburbs.
I’ve been playing the harp since I was 7 years old. What I’ve loved most about the harp is the places that it takes me. I’ve made great friends along the way, too. While harp is no longer my full-time profession, I still offer lessons and performances because it helps me continue to invest in and develop my passion.
The musical accomplishments I’m most proud of include my teaching position at Jacobs (Associate Instructor of Harp until 2015), representing the United States at the World Harp Congress in Vancouver, performing on NPR’s From the Top with the Louisville Youth Orchestra, and performing in Boston’s Symphony Hall with the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. But there are also lots of fun memories of great gigs along the way, like playing for cocktail hour for some medical students at an end-of-term party. Another favorite was improvising with a Gospel choir in Louisville, Kentucky.
